I know it's a big question... and maybe uncomfortable to think about, but it is important. If you are an adult who works with, is related to or lives with children, then you are in the privileged position of being IMPORTANT in the life of a child. You are having an impact on them right now, and they will remember you in the future.
Did you know that it is not what you do or say (although those are obviously significant) but how they feel when they are with you that is making the biggest impact on them? It could be affecting their thoughts, their feelings and their behaviour. It will certainly be affecting their relationship with you.
Our children do best when they are surrounded by GROUNDED GrownUps®. The biggest gift you can give them is WHO you are.

My background as a trauma therapist, trainer and writer (specialising in Polyvagal Theory and neuroception), and my own experience healing from PTSD, help me know how to guide you into discovering the power of your nervous system and working with your body - so that you can be that person you wish to be more of the time...
